Finally, Spring and Center Square Grill have arrived! We have been anticipating opening our beautiful restaurant and it couldn’t be a better time of year! Spring is in the air and bulbs are starting to sprout beautiful green leaves and soon enough our spring vegetables will be upon us! Fresh lettuce’s will begin to come into harvest and Hadley Grass…. better known as asparagus will not be far behind, there will even be some local mushrooms and sprouts hitting the markets soon! What I really can’t wait for though are those luscious heirloom tomatoes! I can assure you those are the products you’ll see in our restaurant!
Mike and I are truly excited to release our new menu and wine list. The one picture I can’t get out of my head is sitting on our beautiful patio for lunch, the Japanese Cherry Trees in bloom, subtle music in the back ground, sunglasses on, a glass of dry blush wine, and one of Chef’s masterfully cooked lunches. For us that experience, that break, that moment in the day when all else is on hold is why we opened Center Square Grill!
