At this year’s Feast of The East Bill Collins, Andrew Brow and Dino Graziano Represented Center Square Grill in the Chef’s Challenge. They Won the People’s Choice award for the second time (First in 2015). They served a Luxe BBQ Plate, 8Hour Braised Short Rib with Peach Bourbon BBQ, Decadent Mac and Cheese and a Spicy Cilantro Slaw. The line at the booth was incredibly long all night and the People Voted… They Chose CSG!

Andrew said “It’s all about using great ingredients and mastering technique! Braising is an art, and one that we are really good at!”
The ERC5 really put on a great event this year, it was sold out and very well run! Center Square Grill looks forward to participating again next year!
